You'll help design and optimize advanced battery storage solutions that enable renewable energy integration, improve grid reliability, and support the growing demand for clean energy worldwide.At Saft, you'll gain exposure to innovative technologies, work on large-scale projects, and join a team committed to technical excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.RequirementsBS degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, other engineering disciplines consideredMin 2-3 years of experience in systems engineering environment.Fully fluent in English.Travel to project sites up to 20% of the time will be required.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for performance / technical requirements of the product and their implementation into sub-systems to meet project requirements.Defines the architecture (Batteries + Power Conversion + Scada or Power Management Systems) and the specification of the product and validates the specification of sub-systemsSupport the specification of sub-systems and the verification cross matrixDevelops high level design specs, block diagrams, system interfaces, partitions resources, compliances matrices, and uses technical and economic trade-offs to establish the best system design.Implements solution integration tests during design phase and on-site during commissioningValidates product/solution integration tests during design phase and on-site during commissioningValidates product/solution test procedure and approves the product tests results to be aligned with product performance guaranteesImplement and test equipment to provide cloud-based tools for remote monitoringProvide support to service team for projects in operation as neededWhat We OfferWhether you are just getting started or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package to include generous compensation based on market standards, healthcare, wellness, adoption assistance, discounted stock purchase, career development and recognition programs.
