Working at the front desk means you are at the hub of the hotel with the most interaction with our guests. The department is open 24/7. Each front desk role is essential for the overall guest experience. As the late shift, you work without management supervision and are responsible for closing out the business and handling check-in and check-out during non-traditional hours. Your proactive, responsive, and caring attitude will make all the difference. The night shift ensures guests stay safe by monitoring abnormal activity and weather conditions that could affect them. Role Responsibilities Process, fold, and assist housekeeping with laundry during the night. Perform credit card transactions. Handle phone system, transfer calls, and manage reservations. Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability. Perform Check-in and Check-out procedures. Administer guest payment policies and identify errors from day shifts. Prepare folios for morning departing guests. Maintain overall lobby appearance. Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures. Why Concord?
