As part of our continued growth, we are hiring tennis coachesto join our Mouratoglou Racket Club in San Antonio, Texas, where tennis becomes part of your weekly rhythm.

Job description

• Train both on and off the court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy
• Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology
• Develop the client's tennis skills: the candidate must demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyse and act accordingly
• Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedback
• Establish strong and lasting relationships with each player
• Organise and support events and facilities
• Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values

Profile

• Tennis coaching certificate
• Proven experience in coaching tennis at various levels
• Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)
• Passion and willingness to learn
• Ability to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)
• Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage

Eligibility

Applicants must be U.S. citizens, hold a valid U.S. work visa, or be authorized to work in the U.S. through OPT (Optional Practical Training).
