Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dietary Cook to join our team at Concord Care Center of Sandusky. As a Dietary Cook, you will play a crucial role in providing delicious and nutritious meals to our residents, while also ensuring that their dietary needs and restrictions are met. Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, that meet the dietary needs and restrictions of our residents
• Follow health restrictions and provide meals with dietitian's orders
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with our dietary team to plan and prepare meals that are both nutritious and appealing
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our residents' dietary needs and preferences
• Participate in menu planning and food preparation, ensuring that all meals are prepared fresh and to order
