Location: University Hospital onsite with the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days a week if clinic structure allows

Position: Clinical Transplant Coordinator Liver Transplant Program

Shift: Monday Friday Days with some flexibility

The Clinical Transplant Coordinator fulfills the primary responsibilities of coordinating the multidisciplinary approach in the evaluation, treatment, and facilitation of the transplant process, including follow-up care for organ recipients and donors. The role emphasizes collaboration, coordination, and consultation with nursing leadership, primary nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless transplant care.

Position Overview:

The Clinical Transplant Coordinator manages the complex transplant process by organizing multidisciplinary efforts, ensuring compliance with protocols, and supporting both patient and donor care. This position acts as a liaison among team members, fostering collaboration and contributing to positive patient outcomes throughout the transplant journey. The coordinator plays a vital role in tracking care activities, managing projects, and providing education to patients and families.
