Support public companies with regulatory reporting obligations. Collaborate with investment banks and regulatory bodies. Navigate deals from launch through pricing and closing. Requirements 3-6 years of relevant experience in capital markets. Proven track record in handling complex transactions. Strong understanding of securities law and regulations. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the state bar. Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
