Registered Nurse

Ascension is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, mission-driven setting. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment interventions following care plans and physician orders Monitor, document, and report patient status, vital signs, and responses to treatment using electronic health records Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, discharge plans, and self-care strategies Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards Support a compassionate, patient-centered environment that respects diversity and promotes dignity Precept, mentor, and support peers and new staff in a learning-focused environment Respond to emergencies, perform clinical interventions, and elevate changes in condition promptly Patient assessment Medication administration Care planning and coordination Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation IV therapy and infusion management Wound care and dressing changes Vital signs monitoring and interpretation Patient and family education Infection control and safety protocols Emergency response and triage Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Qualifications Active RN license in practicing state Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred Specialty certification (e.g., Med-Surg, Critical Care) a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
