Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients, evaluating their medical history, functional limitations, and personal goals to create an effective treatment path.
• Develop detailed, individualized care plans based on assessment findings, ensuring every patient receives a path forward that aligns with their needs and lifestyle.
• Guide patients through their therapeutic journey, fostering their engagement and commitment to their customized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients undergoing orthopedic rehabilitation, encompassing a wide range of conditions from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Proven expertise in manual therapy techniques and exercise regimen development.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirement is 3 years of experience, we prefer candidates with a robust background in innovative therapeutic practices and a strong track record of effective patient outcomes in a home care setting.

Compensation and Benefits
