Sr. UI/UX Designer

Senior UI/UX Designer
Duration: 6+ months with possible extension Location: Redmond, Washington (onsite from day 1)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Translate ambiguous product opportunities into clear customer problems, use cases, and experience frameworks
- Design end to end customer journeys, interaction models, wireframes, visual designs, and production ready specifications
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate concepts using modern design and AI assisted tools
- Apply strong UX, UI, interaction design, and data visualization best practices
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the design process
- Drive systems level thinking across complex and interconnected experiences
- Operate effectively in a high velocity environment with evolving requirements and timelines
- Clearly communicate design rationale, trade offs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience on complex digital products
- Strong foundation in UX, UI, interaction design, and data visualization
- Experience working in large, cross functional product teams
- Demonstrated success in fast paced, delivery driven environments
Preferred Skills:
- Figma (required)
- Prototyping tools (low and high fidelity)
- Familiarity with modern and AI assisted design tools
