Sr. UI/UX Designer

Senior UI/UX Designer

Duration: 6+ months with possible extension Location: Redmond, Washington (onsite from day 1)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Translate ambiguous product opportunities into clear customer problems, use cases, and experience frameworks
• Design end to end customer journeys, interaction models, wireframes, visual designs, and production ready specifications
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate concepts using modern design and AI assisted tools
• Apply strong UX, UI, interaction design, and data visualization best practices
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the design process
• Drive systems level thinking across complex and interconnected experiences
• Operate effectively in a high velocity environment with evolving requirements and timelines
• Clearly communicate design rationale, trade offs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• 5+ years of professional UX design experience on complex digital products
• Strong foundation in UX, UI, interaction design, and data visualization
• Experience working in large, cross functional product teams
• Demonstrated success in fast paced, delivery driven environments

Preferred Skills:

• Figma (required)
• Prototyping tools (low and high fidelity)
• Familiarity with modern and AI assisted design tools
