General Dentist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Location: Lancaster, PA

Schedule: Flexible scheduling options available (Open to Part-Time or Full-Time candidates)

An established dental group in Lancaster County is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join our team.

• Advanced Technology: Work with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, including iTero scanners, Panoramic X-rays, and CBCT imaging across locations.

• Robust Support & Infrastructure: Step into a 6-operatory facility at one location and a massive 10-operatory practice at the other.

• Elite Hygiene Support: Gain immediate access to a thriving patient base supported by 2 full-time hygienists at the first location, and 5 full-time hygienists (with another starting soon) at the second location.

• Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry services to a diverse and loyal patient base.

• Leverage modern clinical technology (iTero, CBCT) to deliver precise diagnoses and comprehensive treatment plans.

• Collaborate closely with our extensive hygiene team and supporting clinical staff to maximize patient care and daily flow.

• Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and prioritize a patient-first clinical philosophy.

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.

• Active, unrestricted dental license in the state of Pennsylvania (or license eligible).

• Competency or strong interest in advanced digital workflows (iTero scanning, advanced imaging).

• Ability to seamlessly transition between two highly efficient office environments.
