Responsibilities As a Software Engineer II within Honeywell Next Generation Avionics (NGA), you will be part of a team of engineers, developers and designers creating and implementing cutting-edge avionics solutions on the Anthem Integrated Flight Deck platform. In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the advancement of cutting-edge avionics technologies that improve the efficiency, reliability, and safety of aircraft systems, helping to shape the future of aerospace innovation. As a flagship product, the Honeywell Anthem Flight Deck System is not just another avionics product; it is a visionary endeavor that employs cutting-edge technologies to redefine how pilots interact with flight information and aircraft systems. YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline ~2 years of software engineering or related development experience Working knowledge of software development, integration, debugging, and testing methodologies

WE VALUE

Experience with programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or embedded software development Experience with software development tools, version control systems, and automated testing frameworks Familiarity with avionics software development lifecycles and industry standards is a plus.
