This travel nursing opportunity offers day and night shifts on a 3x12 schedule, providing a balanced workload with time to explore your surroundings. As a House Supervisor RN, you'll have the chance to work across multiple departments-including ICU, ER, and Med/Surg-allowing for valuable exposure to diverse clinical environments and leadership approaches. Schedule:

• 3x12-hour shifts per week, both day and night positions available
• 36 hours per week guaranteed

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted California RN license
• Supervisor-level experience; strong clinical background in ICU settings
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required (NRP preferred)
• Proof of negative TB screening within one year of assignment start
• Flexibility to float between ICU, ER, and Med/Surg to cover breaks

Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing staff and clinical operations during assigned shifts
• Provide hands-on patient care across multiple units as needed
• Support and implement hospital policies and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
