Looking for more than just a job? We're building a crew that takes pride in clean work, happy customers, and results that actually last.

This job is an important part of our crew, and could be a fit for you if you are ready to help us get our equipment moved into and set up in our customers homes throughout Atlanta, support the team on the job site, all while learning how to do our painting process (set up, cleaning / masking, prep, install, etc.).

No specific painting experience required - we'll train you in our process. What matters most is showing up ready to work, learn, and do things right.

About Spray-Net Atlanta
Spray-Net is reinventing home improvement. Our patented process and surface-specific coatings allow us to deliver factory-quality finishes on kitchen cabinets, stucco, brick, siding, and more – all completed on-site in just a few days. Spray-Net Atlanta is a new franchise location with a startup mentality and high standards. We’re building a team of professionals who take pride in quality, efficiency, and doing things the right way.

What You’ll Do

Assist lead sprayer with setup, prep, spraying, and cleanup
Tape, mask, sand, and protect all surfaces before spraying
Spray smaller items (as trained and based on experience)
Learn the Spray-Net Way: our step-by-step, surface-specific approach
Keep equipment clean and in working order
Maintain a clean, organized, professional-looking jobsite
Help ensure every customer is wowed by the final result

What We’re Looking For

No experience required, but reliability and hustle are a must
Pride in clean, detailed work
Teachable and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to central meeting points
Able to lift ladders, move cabinetry, and work on your feet
Willing to follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment

What We Provide

$15–22/hr based on experience
Performance-based bonuses for crews
Free Spray-Net uniforms
Paid training in a proven process
Clear path to growth — from prep tech to sprayer to crew lead
A chance to be part of a close-knit, high-performing team
