About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as the CEO's right-hand partner, with a focus on driving day-to-day operational execution and ensuring that company priorities are in line and progressing. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning operational and financial performance, including P&L oversight, planning, and forecasting. This role requires the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans across various departments, lead and develop senior leaders, and oversee core processes, KPIs, and scorecards to maintain consistency and achieve results. The COO will also be the integrator of the organization, resolving issues and removing barriers to execution. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a background in senior operations leadership with full P&L responsibility and a proven track record of driving execution across multiple functions or business units. Experience in operating within an EOS or similar accountability-based framework is essential, as is a strong background in performance management, KPIs, and operational discipline. The role demands a demonstrated ability to partner closely with a CEO and executive leadership team, and the ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
