Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Overview Breakthrough Behavior strives to help communities one family at a time. The First Line of Care: Registered Behavior Technicians Breakthrough Behavior is actively hiring compassionate, creative and caring professionals to provide ABA to children and young adults with autism and related developmental disabilities in the clinic setting. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work one on one with clients to implement goals that are written and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). RBTs help clients acquire new skills using and create environments that are exciting, fun and motivating. RBTs will also provide feedback and collect data for each client to achieve long-term, life-changing results.
