Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification or licensure in the state
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field
- Experience in creating, implementing, and tracking Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive classroom culture
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and support tailored to the diverse needs of students with disabilities
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans aligned with IEP goals and state standards
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed to promote growth
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
