Your Role on the Team Position Summary The Staffing Coordinator facilitates the daily allocation of nursing personnel, utilizing general staffing guidelines (as approved by Nursing Directors) and knowledge of personnel's skill level. The position coordinates additional activities centrally located in the Nursing Administration Office and promotes and maintain a professional image at all times. The Staffing Coordinator will also be competent in using systems throughout the facility and contract management system. They will assist in applying the appropriate room accommodation codes and communicate any problems immediately to the House Supervisor.
