Construction Manager / Project Manager Location: Chandler, AZ Start Date: Late June / July 2026 Duration: 9–12 months | Strong potential to convert to full-time Project Size: 25 MW Community Solar Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with Project Management capabilities to support a 25 MW community solar project in the greater Chandler, AZ area. This is a long‑term onsite role with a high likelihood of transitioning to a full‑time position upon successful project completion. Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities on a utility‑scale community solar project Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site safety compliance Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and owner’s teams to ensure project milestones are met Provide regular progress reporting and documentation Serve in both CM and PM capacities as project needs dictate Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications Requirements Proven experience managing solar or renewable energy construction projects Ability to perform in both Construction Manager and Project Manager roles Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Comfortable working in an onsite, field‑based environment in Arizona Familiarity with utility‑scale or community solar project workflows Preferred / Nice To Have Bilingual – Spanish speaking #J-18808-Ljbffr Epcon
