Responsibilities

Engage with local residents to understand their unique insurance needs and provide clear, understandable coverage options.

Manage incoming requests for new quotes and walk potential clients through our portfolio of protection plans.

Review existing policies with current clients to ensure their coverage remains relevant as their lives and assets change.

Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions to ensure personalized, consistent support for everyone who walks through our doors.

Collaborate with the broader team to refine our outreach efforts and improve the local insurance experience in Sanford.

Requirements

Active Maine Property Casualty Insurance License.

Solid track record of success in insurance sales or high-volume customer service roles.

Clear, articulate communication skills both in writing and over the phone.

Ability to organize your schedule effectively to manage multiple client inquiries throughout the day.

Strong comfort level with learning and navigating insurance quoting software.

Previous experience working directly with local residents in a community-focused role.
