Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our patients and our team members.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Obtain health history and perform physical examinationsRequest/Evaluate lab testsDiagnosis, direct treatment, and instruct staff in implementing carePrescribe medication in accordance with state statutes and professional practice guidelinesArrange referrals for services not offered within the practiceEducate patients and families on medication and treatment instructionsDocument all activities/interventions, patient/family responses, medication dispensed/prescribedSupervise mid-level practitioners (PA and NP)Patient procedures relevant to protocols and proceduresMaintain Continuing Medical Education (CME) hoursREQUIREMENTS:The Physician must hold a Doctor of Medicine Degree (M.D) or a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O), have completed residency and be Board Eligible or Board Certified with a current State of TN Medical License, DEA certificate, malpractice insurability and authority to provide medical services on behalf of all governmental and private insurers, health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, self-insured employers, hospitals and any other organizations with which the group contracts to provide health care services.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:Licensed Physician (M.D or D.O) in the State of TennesseeWHAT WE OFFER:State of Franklin Healthcare provides a comprehensive and competitive total compensation package designed to meet the needs of our full-time physicians to include:Company Provided Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment InsuranceEmployee Stock Ownership Plan401(k) Company ContributionsVoluntary options for Medical, Dental, Vision, and additional Life Insurance.An array of team member perks and discountsAnd more! #J-18808-Ljbffr
