Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Meadowview Rehabilitation & Nursing Center - Lafayette Hill, PA Join Our In-House Therapy Team and Help Residents Reach Their Highest Potential! Meadowview Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic in-house rehabilitation team in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania . This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced therapists in a collaborative Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation environment dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. As a PTA, you'll play an essential role in helping residents improve mobility, restore function, and maximize independence while delivering personalized, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Implement individualized treatment plans for short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
- Assist patients in improving strength, balance, mobility, endurance, gait, and functional independence.
- Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and fall prevention strategies.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) .
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
