This role ensures shelves are stocked, products are available, and store operations run efficiently while supporting overall profitability.Responsibilities:Deliver excellent customer experiences on every interactionMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environmentPrepare food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standardsHandle cash, funds, and merchandise responsiblyComplete shift reports, including closing and balancing the cash registerVerify customer identification for restricted purchases and follow all regulationsSupport store operations and assist with tasks as neededAdapt to customer needs and apply sales techniques to support store profitabilityRequirements:Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environmentBasic knowledge of food safety standardsAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidaysStrong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindsetAbility to respond quickly to emergency situationsAbility to stand for extended periods of timeHumble.
