We're a growing biological, holistic, family-focused dental practice looking for an organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented Billing & Scheduling Coordinator who enjoys creating exceptional experiences for patients from the very first phone call through every step of their care.

What You'll Do

✨ Coordinate patient scheduling to create efficient, balanced days while prioritizing outstanding patient care.

✨ Manage billing, patient accounts, and payment processing with accuracy, integrity, and compassion.

✨ Guide patients through financial options and treatment recommendations with warmth, confidence, and clarity.

✨ Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure every patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared for.

✨ Help maintain organized systems and workflows that allow our practice—and our patients—to thrive.

Who You Are

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator.

A proactive problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions and keeping things running smoothly.

Comfortable using Mac computers and excited to learn new technology.

Dental billing and coding experience is appreciated, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important.

Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive team and believes kindness, collaboration, and accountability matter.
