Benefits and Features :

• Base Salary: $500,000 - $550,000 / yr
• Uncapped productivity bonus: $84 per wRVU

Job/Practice Description:

• Pulmonary Physician
• Location: Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo)
• 150-bed, 16-bed ICU, 18-bed CCU, Level III Trauma Center, Level III Heart Care Center, 12-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit
• Predominantly outpatient pulmonary practice. Asthma, COPD, Interstitial Lung Disease, Lung Cancer screening, etc..
• Role is mainly based in outpatient clinic with occasional coverage of ICU.
• No call responsibilities
• Flexible full-time schedule (4–5 days per week)
• Hospital-based clinic located adjacent to the ICU
• 24/7 in-house hospitalist coverage
• Perform a broad range of pulmonary and critical care procedures, including:
• Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS)
• Robotic bronchoscopy
• Thoracentesis
• Chest tube placement
• Central line placement
• Ventilator management
• Collaborative Pulmonary & Critical Care team with strong specialty support
• Physician-led culture with local decision-making in an independent health system

Profile Background:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Pulmonology
• Ability to hold an Ohio State License
