CDL-A Driver | Home Weekends | Consistent Miles | Houston, TX

This position is with a well-run contractor operating under AI Fleet.

We are looking for experienced CDL-A drivers who take pride in their work, run safely, communicate professionally, and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable operation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor trailer experience
• Valid CDL-A license
• Strong safety record and clean driving history
• Professional communication and dependable work ethic
• Ability to run scheduled OTR routes during the week
• Drivers looking for long-term stability and career-minded opportunity

Position Details

• Out 1-2 weeks
• New Equipment / Freightliners
• 53’ dry van freight only
• No touch freight
• No doubles or hazmat required
• Consistent lanes and steady miles

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected gross: $1,750–$2,250+ per week
• $500 quarterly safety bonus
• $1,000 retention bonus at 90 days
• $1,000 retention bonus at 180 days
• Annual profit sharing
