Design Engineer

Seeking a talented Design Engineer, this fully remote full-time position will focus on shaping the visual and user experience of an AI-native website platform for real estate agents, leveraging modern design principles and AI tools to enhance client interactions and product features. Key Responsibilities Design and iterate on themes that define the platform's premium aesthetic, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across client sites Enhance user experiences for the admin interface, AI editor, and onboarding processes through collaborative design efforts Address escalated client support tickets, transforming insights into actionable design improvements to reduce recurring issues Required Qualifications Exceptional design taste demonstrated through a portfolio of shipped work, particularly live sites Expert-level proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a comfortable working knowledge of JavaScript Experience using AI tools for design and development in daily workflows A proven ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a strong desire to take on end-to-end product ownership Willingness to engage with client support as part of the design process, demonstrating an ownership mindset
