Role Description The Entry Level Sales Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Greater Indianapolis. This role involves engaging prospective customers, presenting products and services, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through close. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach, following up on leads, meeting face-to-face with customers to discuss product and plan options, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, Salesforce. The Entry Level Sales Representative will collaborate with team members, participate in training and coaching sessions, and apply feedback to improve performance. This role offers hands-on experience in sales and leadership development, with opportunities for growth based on consistent results and demonstrated initiative. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Basic sales, customer service, and negotiation skills, or a strong interest in developing these abilities through training. Goal-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Solid organizational and time management skills, including managing schedules, follow-ups, and documentation. Comfort using common digital tools (e.g., email, CRM or database software, presentation tools) and willingness to learn new systems. High level of integrity, professionalism, and resilience when facing challenges or rejection. Ability to work on-site in Greater Indianapolis and maintain a reliable schedule for client-facing activities. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant sales/leadership experience is a plus.
