P&C Licensed Surety Specialist

Supporting Producers and Account Executives in a full-time capacity, the P&C Licensed Surety Specialist will manage client needs, including bond requests and billing issues, while communicating with underwriters and assisting in account management initiatives in a team environment. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day client needs, including bond requests and billing issues Communicate with underwriters regarding account statuses and bond approvals Gather information from prospective clients and assist in resolving accounting and billing issues Required qualifications P&C licensed with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Surety environment Insurance-related and other professional designations are highly desirable Ability to learn and utilize EPIC software Willingness to participate in surety industry events Strong decision-making capabilities and results-oriented mindset
