- Required certifications and licenses: BLS, ARRT (CT), Wisconsin Radiologic License - Experience with GE CT scanner and EPIC is required; travel experience is also mentioned - Shift options: Second shift with either 5 - 8 hour shifts (1400 - 2230) or 4 - 10 hour shifts (1400-0000) - No on-call duty; weekends off; rotational holiday shifts as needed - May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed - Professional requirements for submission: Driver's License/State ID, Ascension Profile, Ascension 2 Professional References - Onboarding requirements: Ascension Core Competencies, Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding Education Attestation, Ascension Badge Photo, various personal health history attestations, Ascension Skills Checklist, Ascension Criminal Background Check Results, Ascension EPLS, Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen, Ascension Education Verification, Ascension Confirmation of Assignment, Ascension Employment Verification - Optional: Hiring Manager Evaluation, Influenza Vaccine, Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire, Ascension Name Change Document
