Provide compassionate in-home support to older adults, individuals with disabilities, and families with children in a private residence. Help maintain recipients’ comfort, safety, and daily routines while communicating updates to family members through care logs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and brief changing.
- Prepare meals according to individual needs and routines.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Offer companionship and supportive interaction.
- Communicate care updates with family members.
- Maintain family communication logs.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of caregiving experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication skills.
- Empathy and compassion.
- Strong observation skills.
