Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team for a day-shift opening. Duties Providing direct patient care including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Documenting patient information accurately in EMR and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Working closely with physicians, care team partners, residents, and family members. Experience Qualified candidates should have a valid LPN license and relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and ability to navigate electronic health record systems. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and team members.
