The Licensed Insurance Producer will sell and service property and casualty and commercial insurance across multiple lines. Reporting to the agency owner, this role will manage prospects from inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, referral partnerships, and the existing book of business while advising clients throughout the policy lifecycle. No travel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Sell property and casualty, commercial, and multiple lines of insurance.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Prepare accurate insurance quotes and process applications.
• Advise clients on policies, coverage options, and insurance requirements.
• Manage policy renewals and conduct coverage reviews.
• Follow up with leads from inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, referral partnerships, and the existing book of business.
• Maintain compliance documentation and support claims-related activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in insurance sales.
• State insurance producer license.
• Experience with insurance sales and policy administration.
• Knowledge of needs analysis and risk assessment.
• Customer relationship management experience.
• Understanding of insurance regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
