The ideal candidate is an experienced RN MDS Coordinator who can independently manage the full RAI/MDS and reimbursement process, collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast‑paced environment. This role supports a 30‑bed, high‑turnover skilled nursing facility, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to frequent admissions and changes in resident status. SUMMARY OF ROLE: The MDS Coordinator (RN) plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with the state and federal requirements and the policies and goals of the facility.
