Your Impact & How You'll Use Your Skills This role is for the nurse who embodies our core values through their clinical expertise and dedication. Clinical Excellence & Dedication: You will leverage your advanced clinical skills to deliver life‑sustaining dialysis treatments, creating extraordinary moments of comfort and safety at the bedside. Autonomous Problem‑Solving with a ‘Can‑Do’ Attitude: You will independently manage your caseload and patient needs, using your critical thinking to troubleshoot equipment and navigate complex clinical scenarios. Schedule, Locations & Team Shift & Schedule: We offer a full‑time schedule designed for better work‑life balance. Work Week: Four days per week. Hours: Day shift, starting between 7‑8 AM. End times vary based on the daily patient census. Weekends: A consistent rotation of every other Saturday is required. Holidays: A shared holiday rotation is required. On‑Call Rotation: Our RNs participate in a shared on‑call rotation. Weekday Coverage: Monday through Friday, from 7 PM to 7 AM. Weekend Coverage: A continuous block from 7 PM Saturday to 7 AM Monday. Locations & Travel: You will provide care at our partner hospitals in the Mount Clemens area, including McLaren Macomb Hospital, McLaren Port Huron Hospital, and Select Specialty Hospital – Macomb. Team & Support: You will report directly to the Team Supervisor, who is committed to your success. What You Bring Licensure: An active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan. Experience: A minimum of one year of RN experience, with at least six months in nephrology preferred. Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification. Core Competencies: A self‑starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
