(EXCLUSIVE) SENIOR COUNSEL, CORPORATE LITIGATION WANTED FOR PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURER (Atlanta, GA or Remote) – Our client, a rapidly expanding professional liability provider, is seeking an experienced litigator to lead complex, high-severity matters and provide practical legal guidance across the business. The Senior Counsel will shape litigation strategy, advise business leaders on risk and resolution, and identify trends that can help prevent future disputes. Key Responsibilities: Lead complex corporate litigation, including bad faith matters. Develop case strategies aligned with business priorities and risk tolerance. Advise business leaders on litigation posture, settlement, and reserving. Manage outside counsel and communicate legal guidance clearly. Identify litigation trends and recommend practical steps to reduce risk. Partner across Legal and business teams to support consistent strategy and practices. Qualifications: J.D. and active law license in good standing. A minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience. Experience with bad faith, complex, or high severity matters preferred. Strong legal judgment, analytical skills, and ability to work independently. Clear communicator who can explain complex legal issues to business partners.
