We're expanding our operations in Wichita and need a Market Leader who can build, train, and inspire a top-tier roofing team. We're Seeking: Proven leadership experience in residential roofing or related field Knowledge of Kansas weather patterns and appropriate roofing systems Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication abilities and customer-focused approach Physical ability to work on rooftops and in various weather conditions Total Compensation: Modest base salary with 60% commission and a lucrative override compensation structure Partial health insurance premium coverage 401k retirement plan available (employee election) Company-provided vehicle and equipment Ongoing professional development opportunities Part of a growing, stable organization with advancement potential Company truck provided Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Assemble and develop a team of 5-6 roofing professionals Execute growth strategies in Wichita and surrounding Kansas communities Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members Maintain highest standards of workmanship and customer service Navigate local regulations and building requirements Ready to build something great in Wichita?
