Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Purpose:To provide clinical service at The Priority Care Center and its satellite locations, including Primary care, Same Day clinic services, and School Based Health Center services.Primary Care team based servicesUnder the supervision of the IPA Chief Medical OfficerProvide direct primary care services in the office, in a patients home or via telemedicineSupport team based careProvide oversight to all protocol based services delivered by care teamProvide alternative PCP visits as needed including, phone, text, email, video conference, etc.Provide Same Day Clinic services and oversight to protocol based services to all attributed patients as neededIncorporate other IPA programs into the PCP care team and patient care deliveryParticipate in daily, weekly, monthly case conferencesWage Range $60.00 - $76.58Qualifications:Current California Medical License to practice without restriction.3-5 years family practice experience preferred.Current knowledge of local resources and provider panels preferred but not required.Understanding of medical management principles, plan policies and regulations and the HDNIPA Medical Management Policies Procedures and Protocols. #J-18808-Ljbffr
