Step into a rewarding contract role serving K-12 students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive school environment near Roanoke, AL. Enjoy a flexible schedule—full-time or part-time—to fit your lifestyle, working five days a week. This position offers an immediate start, with an assignment lasting through May 2027. Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Current, active SLP License in Alabama required
- Certification in Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
- Experience with pediatric populations in school settings preferred
- Comfort supporting a diverse caseload across K-12 age groups
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide speech-language therapy in group and individual settings
- Maintain thorough records and complete all documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with educational teams, families, and administrators to achieve student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
