• Full-Time | 1st Shift Available
• $23.00 $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

What Youll Do

As a Process Guide, youll act as a key support partner to supervisors and associates on the floor:

• Guide day-to-day warehouse operations (picking, packing, shipping, receiving)
• Train and onboard new team members
• Ensure processes are followed correctly and safely
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and remove bottlenecks
• Perform quality checks to maintain accuracy and productivity
• Communicate updates and priorities to team members
• Support performance tracking and operational goals

What Were Looking For

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Experience in a lead, trainer, or mentor role is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer or warehouse system (WMS/RF) familiarity
• Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English) and pass all pre-employment screenings.
