Full Time position, overtime if necessary.Position SummaryPerforms a variety of sanitation procedures. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the facility to ensure that federal and state requirements are met.Key ResponsibilitiesWash and sanitize production equipment following procedures and instructions, document activities as needed. Disassemble and reassemble parts of the machinery to ensure that equipment is cleaned thoroughly, notify appropriate parties when problems are encountered.Wash and sanitize production work area.Clean office areas, lunchrooms and restroomsEnsure that production area, sanitation area and tools are kept clean and organized.1 Year of Sanitation experience preferred, in a food production facility.Pacific Cheese is a drug free work place, pre-employment includes a drug screen.Pacific Cheese is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
