As a Concierge, you create the first impression of Sunrise—welcoming residents, families, and visitors while ensuring a warm, safe, and organized community experience. What You’ll Do Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign‑in, and emergency procedures Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks You serve as the face of the community—ensuring every interaction reflects Sunrise’s hospitality and service standards. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma/GED Strong customer service and communication skills Organized with excellent time management and follow-through Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Front Desk Concierge – Lead Hospitality with PurposeFront Desk Concierge | Senior Living Administration Pay Range: 18.42 - 22.80 We also offer benefits and other compensation that include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
