Job Title: Onsite Project Coordinator

Location: Midland, TX | Onsite

Job Summary

Seeking an Onsite Project Coordinator with experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical environments to coordinate field verification activities, project schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have experience with field walkdowns, P&IDs, Plot Plans, project tracking, and client/vendor coordination .

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate between client stakeholders, field teams, back-office teams, vendors, and site representatives.

2. Support site execution planning, including scheduling, site access, permits, document readiness, and mobilization.

3. Coordinate and track field walkdowns involving P&IDs, Plot Plans, equipment, instruments, control valves, PSVs, and equipment tags .

4. Ensure field teams use current drawings, checklists, templates, and approved red-line/blue-line markup practices.

5. Track field progress, deliverables, discrepancies, queries, action items, and issue resolution.

6. Prepare progress updates, facilitate project meetings, and escalate schedule, access, documentation, or site-related blockers.

7. Maintain project trackers and coordinate timely closure of outstanding actions.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field .

2. Experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or EPC environments.

3. Experience with field walkdowns and site/project coordination .

4. Working knowledge of P&IDs and Plot Plans .

5. Experience coordinating clients, field teams, vendors, and other stakeholders .

6. Strong project tracking, reporting, communication, and issue-resolution skills.

7. Ability to work onsite in Midland, TX .

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with equipment, instrumentation, and PSV documentation .

2. Experience with red-line/blue-line markups .

3. Permit/site access coordination experience.

4. T&M/AFE tracking experience.
