Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that are tailored to support clients’ individual recovery goals. \n
- Maintain ongoing assessments of clients’ treatment needs through regular check-ins and progress evaluations. \n
- Collaborate with clients to cultivate essential coping mechanisms, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication strategies. \n
- Provide education about available community resources, while serving as a dedicated advocate to ensure clients access these services. \n
- Facilitate skill-building activities that enhance clients’ daily living capabilities and promote greater independence. \n
- Engage in symptom monitoring and management, employing evidence-based strategies to address issues such as anger management and behavioral challenges. \n
Your primary clientele will consist of adults aged 18 and older who experience varying degrees of mental illness, which may hinder their ability to maintain stable lives within the community. You will work collaboratively with these individuals to not only support their mental health but also to empower them to reclaim their independence and achieve a fulfilling quality of life.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy. \n
- A valid license by the state board in one of the following areas: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD). \n
- Demonstrated ability to practice independently without supervision, ensuring ethical and professional standards are upheld. \n
- No disciplinary actions on the license, ensuring your capability to provide high-standard care. \n
- Proficient computer skills to navigate telehealth platforms and relevant documentation. \n
- A reliable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate uninterrupted telehealth sessions. \n

- Experience providing direct clinical services in mental health settings, emphasizing practical strategies and interventions. \n
- Strong understanding of family developmental issues and their impact on individual client situations. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with diverse client backgrounds. \n
