You Have: 6+ years of experience with space vehicle systems engineering, planning, integration, and testing 6+ years of experience with systems engineering, planning, development, integration, and testing of space vehicle subsystems and their components, including structures, mechanisms, electrical power, attitude control, thermal, propulsion, communications, or command 3+ years of experience with space system and DoD program reviews, including SRR, SDR and SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FCA, or PCA Experience with collaboration tools, including Confluence or Jira Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission Ability to communicate effectively and establish collaborative relationships with government clients and contractor teammates TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS Nice If You Have: 10+ years of experience with space vehicle systems engineering, planning, integration, and testing Experience with space vehicle level tests, including system performance tests, TVAC, acoustics, or EMI and EMC testing Experience performing multiple systems engineering and program management functions Experience with requirements verification Knowledge of the DoD acquisition lifecycle and milestones, and DoD systems engineering, testing, and production policies, standards, and practices Knowledge of satellite space, ground, or user segments Possession of excellent interpersonal skills Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS PMP, ESEP, CSEP, or OCSMP Certification Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Compensation Salary range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date. Work Model Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility. Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility. Onsite: If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
