Associate/Senior Consultant (Recruitment & Client Sales) On-Target First Year Earnings: $85,000–$100,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission) Top Performers Earnings $300k-$400k+ About the Opportunity At Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC), we're looking for ambitious sales professionals with 1–3 years of experience who want to take the next step into a consultative, relationship-driven sales career. As an Associate Consultant, you'll use your sales skills to build relationships with engineering professionals, understand client hiring needs, and match top talent with critical infrastructure projects across North America. You'll begin by owning the candidate side of the recruitment process before progressing into business development, client management, and full 360 consulting.
