Immediate Need Near Washington DC
Locums opportunity with a well established group near Washington DC is seeking an OBGYN to act as a Laborist and cover up to eight 24-hour shifts per month. This is a need to begin in May for five months and can add quite a bit of additional side income to your bottom line. Must have an active Virginia license for consideration, and a candidate with at least one year of post-residency experience is preferred.
Practice details include:
- Competitive, per shift pay.
- Ongoing availability of shifts, with at least 4/month available to start.
- Long-term assignment
- Easy access to Washington DC
- Well-established, busy group practice.
- On average 2 to 8 deliveries per day (depending on season)
- Up to 2 C-Sections scheduled per day
- Assignment May through September provider leaving temporarily for 5 months
