We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented bilingual Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in patient communication, dental administrative support, and insurance coordination. As a vital link between patients and clinical staff, you will ensure smooth scheduling, accurate documentation, and excellent service delivery to enhance patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Schedule appointments efficiently using our dental software systems.
- Verify patient insurance coverage, including dental insurance knowledge and assist in payment collections.
- Present treatment plans
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointment details, follow-up care, and insurance requirements to foster trust and satisfaction.
Experience
- Please do not apply if you have no experience in dental field and have not being either a dental assistant or dental admin.
- Knowledge of dental insurance is highly recommended
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for administrative support tasks.
- Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse patient populations effectively.
- Strong organizational skills combined with clerical experience in a dental environment are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
