Loan Support Analyst Sr (Commercial Participated Servicing)

As a Loan Support Analyst Sr within PNC's Participated Servicing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Brecksville OH; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX Kalamazoo, MI or in East Brunswick, NJ. The Loan Support Analyst Sr. is responsible for servicing a portfolio of participated commercial loans while maintaining alignment with agent bank records and activity. Key responsibilities include processing loan advances, applying payments, completing rollovers and conversions, and resolving past due balances and overpayments. This role also performs reconciliation activities by reviewing agent bank notices and transaction breakdowns and comparing them to internal systems and records to identify and resolve discrepancies. Communication is primarily conducted through email with agent banks, with limited phone interaction. There is little to no direct customer contact. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Commercial Loan Operations. • Working knowledge of participated/syndicated loan servicing. • Experience with ACBS and CLASS/Commercial Lending Servicing Portal (CLSP) preferred. • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas. May have responsibility for larger, more complex or sensitive assigned accounts or portfolio. Processes and/or reconciles varied and complex transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Partners with internal and/or external business partners to route communications, documents or other action items to complete transactions. Identifies and may resolve exceptions; escalates appropriately. May interact with customers and have assigned accounts or portfolio. Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions. May assist with training/coaching of new hires. May serve as a subject matter resource for the team. Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests. Completes research and provides feedback on workflow and work received. Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
