We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and full support through the RBT certification process. What You'll Do:
- Provide 1:1 support to a student throughout the school day
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Support independence and confidence
- Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and a supportive clinical team
- Consistent Monday–Friday school schedule
- School holidays and breaks off (extra hours available if you want to work breaks!)
- Competitive hourly pay

- Active Illinois Paraprofessional License (we can help you get this!)
- RBT certification (required before first day)
