Fabrication Team Lead — Night Shift (Fri-Sun)

Lippert is relocating its RANCH HAND Shiner and Beeville, TX locations to Seguin, TX. This Fabrication Team Leader role starts in Shiner with relocation planned for Sept 2026 and travel assistance available. The position runs Fri–Sun, 5pm–5am, 34.5 hours paid as 40. You will mentor a 10–15 person production group, ensure safety, and drive performance.
